About Us
We are a HubSpot consultancy based in Australia. We are 100% remote (always have been, even before the pandemic), with team members in Sydney, India, Sri Lanka and the Philippines.
We focus on improving business processes, incorporating automation and attribution, with an integrated approach to help companies reach, engage and convert their target customers. Our sister brand, XEN Create, does beautiful HubSpot websites, graphic design and video editing.

About the Role
We’re looking for a talented Graphic/Web Designer to join our creative team and help design visually compelling content across print and digital channels. You’ll work on a variety of projects including websites, landing pages, email templates, and marketing graphics.
The role requires a working knowledge of web design and email marketing design, with a focus on responsive layouts and user experience. You will build HubSpot websites using CLEAN theme and emails using HubSpot’s drag-and-drop builder (HubSpot training will be provided).
You will occasionally communicate directly with clients via email or video call to discuss project requirements and gather feedback.
The salary for this role is 70,000 PHP.
This is a full-time, work-from-home position with an immediate start.
Role Requirements

Remote role (Philippines-based) with a stable internet connection for video calls

Join meetings with your video and sound on and look professional (ie no dark, untidy rooms or loud noises in the background). This is very important, so please be aware of this requirement before applying for the job.

Reliable computer setup for productivity and quality output

Must be self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently

Strong teamwork and client communication skills

Work 8 hours/day (Monday – Friday) with mandatory availability from 10 am – 5 pm (Sydney time) for meetings. You may choose to start earlier or extend your day beyond these core hours.
Key Responsibilities
-
Design beautiful, responsive websites, landing pages, and emails using HubSpot’s drag-and-drop builder (HubSpot training will be provided)

Conceptualise and create engaging visual assets based on creative briefs
-
Ensure all designs are accurate, consistent, and meet quality standards before delivery
-
Manage projects effectively and meet deadlines
-
Collaborate with team members and attend internal/client meetings
-
Communicate with clients to gather requirements, present ideas, and provide updates
-
Stay up-to-date with design software, AI tools, and industry trends
Skills Required
-
3+ years of experience as a graphic designer and/or web designer
-
Portfolio showcasing both graphic and web design work (personal projects welcome)
-
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
-
Experience in graphic design, web design and email marketing design
-
Solid understanding of design principles and user-centered design
-
Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote environment
Bonus Skills
These additional skills are not mandatory but are a plus and will enhance your suitability for the position:

Experience with CLEAN theme to build HubSpot websites
