We are a growing team of 13 professionals based in Australia, India, and the Philippines.

We're looking for a Philippine-based graphic/web designer to join our team.

About the Job

As a graphic/web designer, you will create impressive graphics for various platforms, ensuring on-time delivery to contribute to our clients' success.

Working knowledge of web design and email marketing design is required for this role. You will also design websites, landing pages, and emails on HubSpot's drag-and-drop builder. HubSpot training will be provided.

Occasionally, you will directly communicate with the client, either via email or video call, to discuss project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Create impressive graphics for different platforms based on creative briefs and marketing strategy
Design websites, landing pages, and emails on HubSpot's drag-and-drop builder (HubSpot training will be provided)
Meet deadlines and complete projects on time
Attend internal and client meetings
Actively manage client relationships, including regular updates and feedback sessions, to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
Stay agile and up-to-date with design softwares, AI tools, and the latest design trends and techniques

Requirements

Living in the Philippines and available during PH/AU business hours
At least 5 years of experience as a graphic designer
Must have experience and skills in web design
Must have experience in email marketing design
Must have an updated design portfolio
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
Familiar with web design tools like Figma
Excellent communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Reliable and responsive
Ability to attend internal and client meetings while maintaining a professional appearance (ie no dark, untidy rooms or loud noises in the background) with both video and audio enabled
You will be required to work a minimum 8-hour day, with mandatory availability from 10 am - 5 pm (Sydney time) on weekdays for meetings. You may choose to start earlier or extend your day beyond these core hours.

Bonus Skills

While not mandatory for this role, possessing certain additional skills would be considered a valuable asset to the team. Having the following skills would be considered a bonus and increase your suitability for this position.

College degree in Fine Arts or Multimedia Arts or Graphic Design
Strong branding skills
Strong illustration skills
Experience with designing websites, landing pages, and emails on HubSpot's drag-and-drop builder
Experience with AI image tools like Midjourney
