We are a HubSpot consultancy based in Australia. We are 100% remote (always have been, even before the pandemic), with team members in Sydney, Newcastle and the Philippines.

We focus on improving business processes, incorporating automation and attribution, with an integrated approach to help companies reach, engage and convert their target customers. Our sister brand, XEN Create, does beautiful HubSpot websites, graphic design and video editing.

About the Role

About the Role

As a graphic/web designer, you will create impressive graphics for various platforms, ensuring on-time delivery to contribute to our clients' success.

Working knowledge of web design and email marketing design is required for this role. You will also design responsive websites, landing pages, and emails on HubSpot's drag-and-drop builder. HubSpot training will be provided.

Occasionally, you will directly communicate with the client, either via email or video call, to discuss project requirements.

The salary for this role is 60,000 PHP.

  • Living in the Philippines

  • You will be required to work a minimum 8-hour day, with mandatory availability from 10 am - 5 pm (Sydney time) on weekdays for meetings

  • Ensure a stable internet connection for regular video calls on Zoom/Teams/Meet with video and sound enabled

  • Maintain professionalism during video calls, with appropriate lighting and background

Core Responsibilities

  • Conceptualise and create impressive graphics based on creative briefs and marketing strategy

  • Design responsive websites, landing pages, and emails on HubSpot's drag-and-drop builder (HubSpot training will be provided)

  • Meet project deadlines and ensure timely delivery

  • Attend internal and client meetings

  • Actively manage client relationships, including regular updates and feedback sessions, to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.

  • Stay agile and up-to-date with design softwares, AI tools, and the latest design trends and techniques

  • At least 3 years of experience as a graphic designer and/or web designer

  • Updated design portfolio, including personal projects if professional examples are not available

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva

  • Working knowledge of web design and email marketing design

  • Solid understanding of design principles and best practices to ensure designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills

  • Ability to complete tasks independently in a remote setting

  • Ability to work effectively with the team to achieve company and client goals

  • Experience with designing websites, landing pages, and emails on HubSpot's drag-and-drop builder or other platforms

  • Proficiency in web design tools like Figma

  • College degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or Web/Digital Design

Performance Review and Continued Success


At the end of your three-month probationary period, you'll participate in a performance review. This is a two-way conversation to discuss your progress, address any questions you may have, and ensure XEN is a good fit for your career goals as well. Based on this review, a decision will be made about confirming your employment beyond the probationary period.
