We focus on improving business processes, incorporating automation and attribution, with an integrated approach to help companies reach, engage and convert their target customers. Our sister brand, XEN Create, builds beautiful HubSpot websites, graphic design and video editing.

About the Role

We are looking for a HubSpot Strategist who is technical when it comes to using HubSpot tools and savvy when it comes to business strategy.

Our next HubSpot Strategist is confident, friendly and professional with clients. If you have been the on-the-tools HubSpot person in your previous role or worked for an agency using HubSpot as your main CRM, we'd love to talk to you.

You must be a permanent Australian resident or citizen as most of our clients are in Australia, and we want to be roughly in the same time zone for meetings.

You'll be a fit if you are looking for meaningful work, a great work-life balance and you want to use your knowledge of HubSpot and strategy and be in a role where you can continuously grow your skills.

Salary Range
The salary for the HubSpot Strategist role ranges from 90K to 120K including Super.

  • Have a really good and stable internet connection as you will be regularly joining calls with your video on.

  • Join meetings with your video and sound on, and look professional (ie no dark, untidy rooms or loud noises in the background). This is very important, so please be aware of this requirement before applying for the job.

  • Be a self-motivator to get things done working remotely on your own.

  • Be a great team player to work with everyone in the business to achieve goals for our business and for our clients.

  • Manage projects and deals with clients directly.

  • Handle admin matters such as timesheet reports and task management.

  • You will be required to work a minimum 8-hour day, with mandatory availability from 9 am - 5 pm (Sydney time) on weekdays for meetings.You may choose to start earlier or extend your day beyond these core hours.

  • Project Management of HubSpot projects.

  • HubSpot strategy, implementation and training.

  • Coordinating with XEN team members and clients to provide the desired outcome in an effective way.

  • Consistent training to increase your HubSpot skills and stay up to date with new releases and beta programs.

  • Past experience in a client-facing role

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

  • Experience with Google suite tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, etc) is ideal, OR a readiness to learn

  • 3+ years experience with HubSpot

  • Ability to work in a team environment and also on your own, while meeting deadlines

  • A good internet connection

  • The focus for this role is on client outcomes, asking 'why', pushing back when necessary (helping clients think about outcomes), and proactively managing your clients HubSpot strategy.

  • We are looking for someone who is consistent, produces quality work and communicates effectively.

  • We are a small agency but growing, hence wanting to add to our team.

  • We are 100% remote - always have been. So you'll need to be proactive and manage your own time.

  • Some of the core activities of the role include: client and internal meetings, HubSpot strategy, project management and complex implementation (we also train up the internal team to handle non-complex HubSpot implementation), staying up to date on HubSpot product updates, training clients.

  • Knowledge of other systems is a bonus too like Zapier and other common integrations into HubSpot (PandaDoc, Salesforce, etc).

  • We have a sister company, XEN Create who specialises in graphic design, video editing and website development (via CLEAN Theme CMS/Content Hub) on HubSpot.

  • A few of us have been here for 10 years (!) and others for 3+. The people who stick around are A players and this is what we are looking for.
