About the Role
As our Marketing Manager, you'll work directly with the company founder to transform our marketing strategy into actionable plans and tangible results. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our business growth and visibility in the market.

Core Responsibilities
(Non-negotiables)

Collaborate with the founder to develop and execute marketing strategies across various channels (email, social media, paid advertising, etc.).

Manage and oversee the distribution of our content, ensuring consistent and timely publication.

Repurpose existing content to maximize its reach and impact.

Conduct testing and optimization of marketing assets (e.g., YouTube thumbnails, video titles).
-
Monitor and engage with audience comments and interactions on social media platforms.
-
Coordinate with our internal design and video editing team to create and adapt marketing materials.
-
Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
-
Track and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.

Conduct follow-ups with clients to generate case studies and testimonials for marketing purposes

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven experience in digital marketing and content distribution.

Hands-on experience with social media advertising platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking website traffic and campaign performance.

Experience with or willingness to learn HubSpot CRM.

Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

A balance of analytical and creative thinking.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
